Not formatted for Mac and no instructions
The ad says it is compatible with Mac but when the device arrived the instructions said it was for Windows and when I connected it to the Mac it happened Nothing. So I had to research and figure out how to format it for Mac. But the device didn't allow me to drag and drop everything from the laptop to an external drive in one motion. I had to manually drag and drop folders, which took quite a bit of time. The device should come with instructions on how to reformat for Mac, as well as instructions on how to copy ALL the contents of your Mac to the device.
