Pro-Lots of pockets and zippers, you probably don't even need a tackle box. it is light and keeps you warm. Cons: Too many pockets and zippers that keep tangling your line. The zippers are slotted at the base and the cord stays in place all the time. Also, there is no lining in the pockets and they will tear over time. You often have to trim these loose fibers or they will get tangled up in your tackle - it's very frustrating.
