Update not as advertised
I would not recommend this filter as a first stage filter. I used it and the water was awful with mud at the bottom of the bucket. To be safe I used the second one that came in the 2 pack. The same thing. I had to buy a better filter from another source and refilter all the water. I finally realized that I need to filter the water twice (my fountain is a mess). The new ones I bought are much better than the originals.
