Purchased 4, 3 of 4 not working in relation to the trigger. The seller sent 2 replacements. I asked them to test the functionality before shipping. I said I don't care if it's an open box. But 2 replacement devices arrived brand new, obviously never opened and the buttons for both don't release the holder. Thus, out of 6 units, 3 units were not working upon arrival and the rest stopped working within 2 months of purchase, 1 within a week. . I've uploaded photos but I can't upload a video to prove what I'm saying. I don't know why Revain won't let me upload the video. But they are cheap, the window mount works very well and is durable. You can slide the phone in and out if you force it to the right size and leave it permanently in that position. It's a bit frustrating not being able to adjust the width, but as long as you only use one size phone it's fine. My wife and I have one phone and our son has another. In this way, every time he changes cars, he only has to move his car holder.
