Seems Like It Was Used!
The coat seemed fine and I gave it to my husband for Christmas. When he tried it on, he lit his hand in the pocket and pulled out a dirty face mask. He was pretty grossed out. After I sent it out to be cleaned, it’s just fine, but the idea that a "new” coat was clearly used by someone is not acceptable.
- Lots of compliments. Use a steamer to remove the packaging wrinkles
- I opened the packaged and pulled the item out and a button fell right off. Wow.
