Review on OEMTOOLS 25323 Master Filter Locking by Jhonathan Bagwell

This is amazing. I've used them on Caterpillar vehicles, I didn't have a filter I couldn't remove. I put the tubing on the end when the filters are too tight and they won't slip. (Provided you aren't too weak to hold onto.) Update - still maintaining my 5 star rating, broke the locking pliers, had to use a 3ft pipe for leverage, I ended up breaking the filters, broke but the pincers after putting mine back against the wall and using my legs to break out of it.
