Part needs improvement for town and country fitment 2005

fitment 2005 town and country Chrysler. I had to modify the part to fit my van. two protruding nubs in the picture interfere with assembly. I cut them off with a dremel. The bolts held on the side also had to be tolerated more tightly, as they were difficult to align. The pins installed between the radiator and the crossmember support the rubber gasket that is inserted between the crossmember and the top of the spar. I had to take it off to get the screws out of the way. I'm glad I read that someone else had to do this or I would have sent the part back. The whole project went very well once I accepted these two issues, but since someone had already pointed out the issues when I encountered them, I knew what to do. They should build another part of the cooler that works properly for that model year, or modify the current part to make the pins removable, or at least send some instructions for getting started with those model years. I gave them a 3 anyway because with the pin modification and my figuring out how to get the old rails to work, the installation only took about 2.5 hours - I was amazed at how well it all worked out. The front grille comes off fairly easily if you have the plastic tools to remove the plastic clips - otherwise all the screws etc come out at once. it would have taken 1.5 hours if I didn't have to deal with modifications.
