Replaces Mopar #4677523AA and 4677692AA

As a mechanic mid-year design changes were driving me crazy. Mopar has 2 different part numbers: 4677523AA before 31st January 2005 and 4677692AA after 31st January 2005. As my Grand Caravan is a 2005 model I've been driving myself crazy to make sure I have the correct part. So here's the thing, this radiator works for both. There is a removable top plate for different fan and heatsink mounting designs. You simply remove the screw terminals from the removable top plate and move them into theโ€ฆ

Great replacement in 2006 DGC SXT 3.8L

I installed this heatsink in March 2017. As it worked fantastically well in my 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT 3.8L. Read other reviews for tips and watch YouTube videos if you need specific help. Flush the radiator several times with water to ensure all manufacturing debris is flushed away prior to installation. Be sure to move the old metal brackets to this block before installing. This is an easy task if you have some space and basic automotive tools. I installed a transmission aftercooler onโ€ฆ

Fits perfectly. Couldn't ask for more

Perfect fit. I can't ask for more. The total installation time was 45 minutes to remove the old and install the new. Drain the water from the radiator and disconnect the overflow hose. Remove the top vanity cover and top supports. Remove the upper radiator hose from the radiator side. The /C capacitor may pop out of the heatsink (will need some wiggling and maneuvering to install properly. Molded into the heatsink end caps. Requires the heatsink to be installed in the correct position and withโ€ฆ

Check out her clips! for spare parts

Got one of these for my 06 Grand Caravan. It seemed well built; Luckily I watched a bunch of installation videos on YouTube as instructions were included. Key Points: The bracket bolted to the top is removable and this is required for an installation where two cooling fans are installed as one unit. Another piece of advice mentioned but forgotten in this case was that you need to move the little stud clamps on each side of the radiator from the old to the new to allow the fan assembly (or A/Cโ€ฆ

Great product and perfect fit. Straight in!

Arrived safely. Very good packaging. Today I installed it on my 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan with a 3.3 liter V6 engine. There are no problems or leaks. I went ahead and got a two year warranty, but still saved $110 on the cheapest radiators at local parts stores. Even adding new hoses and a good quality $25 thermostat saved me $330 off the lowest price I got at the store. It appears to be very good quality and a good replacement for a failed factory unit. FYI - there is a crossbar at the top which

Funny job! Fits perfectly!

This was perfect for my 2005 Chysler in town and country. This is fun work to do and do! When you open the hood, you can't even see the radiator. I watched a few videos on YouTube and it gave me the confidence to do this job. The top layer covering the radiator can be easily removed. The two fans are each held in place by a single screw at the top and a slot on the back of the heatsink, allowing them to slide out. The oil cooler is located in front of the radiator and is located in the bracketโ€ฆ

Part needs improvement for town and country fitment 2005

fitment 2005 town and country Chrysler. I had to modify the part to fit my van. two protruding nubs in the picture interfere with assembly. I cut them off with a dremel. The bolts held on the side also had to be tolerated more tightly, as they were difficult to align. The pins installed between the radiator and the crossmember support the rubber gasket that is inserted between the crossmember and the top of the spar. I had to take it off to get the screws out of the way. I'm glad I read thatโ€ฆ
