It's the best purchase I ever made, I will definitely do it again.

The noise level seems to be low. Traveled a distance of 250 kilometers. When compared to the old ones, the new ones have far better road holding. These brakes are excellent.
The spike is shaped uniquely, with just a single stud of strong metal rubber protruding.

Pros

Reviews suggest the same with Nokian 10R. But, in my opinion, the Nokian has more severe spikes. Only the Nokian, after driving testing, showed no signs of a single spike on the back tires.
