The perfect product for the picky artist

Let me start by saying that I am SUPER picky when it comes to my crafts and craft items. I demand a lot from my materials, especially from my "colorful" environments. I need fastness, colorfastness and durability. I HATE it when a product says it does X but doesn't deliver on that promise. The Pebeo Vitrea 160 is everything I want and need in this range of environments - dishwasher safe (and microwave safe), non-toxic and amazing colour/design. Persistence. I fucking LOVE this. And my old simple dishes will never be simple again. Quick tip: Do not apply to the inside of the cookware. I usually leave ½ inch from the edges of the "lip contact" areas just to be on the safe side. I wanted to create a set of matching mugs and bowls that looked like watercolor marble (I hope you liked the picture.) After they achieved the desired design, they were baked according to the manufacturer's instructions and from the moment they were created , constantly abused. Hand wash, pfft, hardly. I don't have time for all of this. My cookware set has been in dishwasher hell for over a year now and it still looks AMAZING. No chipping, peeling or fading. They were also "charged" with death. No toxic smells, no flash fires, nothing but warm/hot drinks or food. With Vitrea glass colors the possibilities are endless. All you need is patience and a little practice. But this product will not let you down, unlike some other products that claim to be something they are not. The Vitrea may seem "expensive" compared to its smaller counterparts, but trust me, it's not going to be a waste of money.
