Oh man. This baby is exactly what I wanted. If you buy light blue, it will be about $5 cheaper. The zip attached it to my Pride Traveler Pro Mobility Scooter with big fat handlebars. Close one side of the clip (with the trigger up so I can pull down with my index finger) and then close the other side. It bothers me when I slowly sneak up on people. and I'm pretty slow. People who walk tend to go crazy thinking there's a bike coming their way when they hear that. and some panic, wondering where to jump or pulling a loved one out of the way. I was 10 feet behind but I startled 3 of the 4 groups of people I sneaked up on. So now I walk 20-30 feet apart. Although it takes me 10 minutes to bypass them.
