I'm 5'3, 132 lbs, measurements: 36/33/38in. I usually wear medium but went up to a large for this corset. I had bought an XL previously and it was fine, but a little bit loose on the bust area.The large turned out to be a beautiful piece for the poison ivy halloween costume I put together. The clasps in the front were a little difficult to maneuver but once they're in, it feels sturdy - even while sitting. It worked well with my non-padded lace bra and provided rounded and supported cleavage. The back is adjustable, so you can tighten or loosen it based on your comfortability.
