Warfox CUT50D Plasma Cutter

Received my cutter and did an inventory first. Received 5 electrodes and tips as listed in the item listing. At least one ceramic mug and 2 swirlers must be included. Connecting the car is easy. The only problem is the air regulator. Use enough teflon tape and make sure it is tight. When I connected and checked the air compressor line. I heard a leak in the block. I decided to test it like this, and the device worked perfectly with a voltage of 220V and metal of different thicknesses, except for 1/2 inch. I've played around with the current and pressure readings and haven't encountered any problems. and max. On the 110V side, I noticed that the max current is up to 35A, not 40A as stated here. The potentiometer may need adjustment, but that's not a problem as I'll be using 220v, 40-50 amps most of the time. After a vigorous start, I noticed that the internal leakage had increased to the point where my compressor would no longer shut off. So I decide to open it up and find the leak. It was a simple problem where the air line to the gauge wasn't tight enough. All I had to do was push it forward or in slightly and it was secure and the leak was gone. See the top orange line in the attached photo. Can't help but give 5 stars for this little cheap device. I'm really impressed and looking forward to using it. I need a lot of practice in terms of accuracy. I even cut 2 half inch holes and was amazed. I would definitely recommend this product to beginners and DIYers alike. I'm even thinking about renting some of this equipment and selling it in my country as big companies sell so much (I live in the Caribbean) as soon as I can get in touch with them. with warfox.
