Easiest setup with any Echo device without using a hub
Tried another brand for a little less. A 2.4 GHz network was required. It was the royal PITA. Gave them back. It was as easy as screwing in lightbulbs, setting it up in the Alexa app in 2 minutes and you're done. Pay a few dollars more to get them. You're worth it. I can't comment on the durability since I just installed it.
