Review on Dorman 599 104 Transfer Case Module by Josh Schaefer
Dorman restored TCCU order - part works but return process doesn't work!
The circuit board rattles slightly in its metal case, but once installed it works as expected. I contacted Dorman Customer Service to see if this is normal. All they had to say was that if I wanted to return it I had to go to the people I bought it from - Revain. Dorman says their "Limited Lifetime Replacement Warranty" is honored by the retailer - Revain as far as I can tell. . I had a hell of a time negotiating the return of my old TCCU for a basic $200 "discount". BEWARE!
