The first thing you should know is carnauba wax. Therefore, it is not super protective and lasts about three months. Why then? - you ask. Because, I say, it's fun! and protects the paint. There are no abrasives or polymers to cause haze. For best results the paint should be primed before waxing but after a good rinse. By the way, Adams Car Shampoo is by far the best cleaning product available at the time of writing this article. Wax is easy to apply in a thin, even layer. I use it on paint, chrome and back glass. I suggest not using it on a black finish. Adam has a great headband (VRT) for that. NOT ALL ROSES! This wax can be removed with little effort. Bigger than Chemical Guys Cherry Wet Wax, for example, but smaller than Mequire's Yellow #26. Hope this gives some perspective. I like the result and it's worth the effort.
