Great Customer Service!! Very Pleasant Experience

We used them at our 2016 SOTC & they were great! The staff was very personable in addition to being extremely knowledgeable about their products. I cannot remember if we did get paid by ATS but it's been quite some time since then so there really might have not even still been an impact of anything from us using their services. The only thing I could say which was bad would be that one or two people who worked out-of-business may have complained to other customers during my event (but again this can't necessarily attribute to any lack of service). So far everything has gone good, no problems yet (that i recall anyway.) Everything I've used from ATT has been very easy to use and very helpful. The staff is always quick to respond and very helpful. Nothing! We've been using ATT for our trade shows for years and have never had a problem. We've also been using ATT for our membership database and have never had a problem with that either. We use ATT for our tradeshow registration, membership and exhibitor lists. It's been very easy to integrate with our other systems.

  • Customer Service Representatives are friendly; will answer questions immediately without delay.even after hours/offices closed etc., unlike others companies when you call..unfortunately most do NOT care as much anymore..they're more interested just selling tickets than servicing clients like myself...it takes forever sometimes before someone answers your phone calls!!! Not here though!! And once answered promptly too :) They actually take
