I have various sizes and shapes of knitting machines, but I was specifically looking for one large enough to knit an entire blanket in one piece. This high quality, durable loom is ideal for this purpose. It has 198 pins in total, so you can use the entire loom to make a quilt about 60" wide depending on the pattern and yarn, or fewer pins for a baby blanket or lapgan. It's so well designed that even a "Left handed" as I can easily walk around the entire loom leaving enough room for hands and the loom hook.It fits perfectly on your lap and the pegs are perfectly placed, So you can use one skein of regular 4ply yarn instead of bulky yarn or two skeins. This was a real plus for me. This loom comes with a loom tool and instructions with three Afghan patterns. Can only recommend this loom!
