I bought this cargo net last year but didn't have time to put it on the bed of my truck until late February. I left it in the back of a truck and only used it a couple of times - the net itself works fine. During this time, however, the hooks became so twisted and warped that some broke while others became unusable. I suspect the heat and direct sun caused them to do this, and you can't straighten them (they will crack/break). I still love the cargo net itself, but the hooks/ties are pretty much useless. Today I bought carabiners and replaced them with plastic hooks.
