A few days ago I was writing a review when I received two toner cartridges for my copier that I had purchased. This was my first experience with this company and when I found that one cartridge worked fine and the other couldn't make copies because the cartridge didn't seem to have any ink in it (I shook the cartridge before trying it). I wrote to the company who promised to send me a new one. This is a great purchase from a company that prides itself on honesty and good service.
