This item is amazing! I use it as a corner mount and now that I don't have a TV stand it saves so much space. I love that I can tilt it for bright light and pull it out so I can see it while I'm cooking in the kitchen. Not that I actually did it, but it's spinning so much I think I might turn on the TV to watch it on the patio this summer. Installation Let me give you some context. I'm a 5'3" tall female, 38 years old and installed it myself. I had to borrow some tools from my dad but it only took me a few hours. Riveting but actually installing the mount wasn't difficult at all . I have a VIZIO 55" and didn't mount the TV very high on the wall so I could stand my TV on my own. However, if you have the luxury of having a second person help you, I do NOT recommend installing the TV yourself. You could injure yourself or damage the TV.
