The only thing I like is the metal base, but despite that it's small, about 5 inches wide. The gooseneck is made entirely of plastic and consists of many parts, so over time it will wear out. They advertised a silicone tip cover on alligator clips, just one look and you can tell it's just heat shrink tubing (it's some type of plastic, NOT silicone). It comes with 0.6mm yellow lead solder BUT it does NOT come with 0.8mm blue lead solder. For the price they are sold for it is overpriced without that extra solder wire and with the shrink wrap on the alligator clip.
