I just got out my marble glasses and lost 5 half gallons of apple cider vinegar! I bought expensive organic apples and did ACV for 6 months and everything is ruined! However, all that time and space is wasted. Now I need to buy an ACV for our family for the next few months and we've spent all the money making another batch. I've been fermenting for years so I'm not new. All you do is screw it onto the jar but somehow the bugs got in and ruined all of my ACV moms and one of my kombucha moms that I paid for!
