I bought these because I was looking for a way to easily release sweet bread. I was hesitant at first due to the reviews that they melt in the oven. I've used them several times with no issues (oven temp at 350Β°F / 175Β°C). I place 3 on a standard baking sheet on the middle rack and bake. The bread comes out very easily without sticking. The only minor issue is that the bread curves slightly in the middle and the textured bottom doesn't rub off easily by hand. They are also slightly narrower than my metal bread pans. So if your recipe calls for 2 pans, you'll need 3 of them. All of this is no problem for me as I can save myself the hassle of greasing the pan and throw it in the dishwasher to clean it. They are durable because they are made entirely of silicone. Worth it for me.
