Looks good, works well, very happy with the design. I like that there is felt on the bottom of the coaster so it doesn't scratch my table. The fan is very quiet and not too powerful, but seems enough to keep the laptop cool. One thing was that I thought the protective bar was not included as it was not on the stand as shown in the picture and was not packaged separately. . The company sent me a replacement part quickly which was great. Then, about a week later, I discovered that there was a small pole attached to the right side of the laptop stand. If the product description included instructions, a picture, or something about that weird place he was hiding, the company wouldn't have to send a replacement.
