ATTENTION! WARNING! ruined my outlet because it was too tight and difficult to pull out. See photo.

DANGEROUS! WARNING! ruined my outlet because it was too tight and difficult to pull out. See photos. I know what it was because I had to pull hard to get the thing out of the socket. Also, the outlet wasn't the same as before. Otherwise the thing is solid, but you shouldn't damage the socket, it's a safety hazard. I need to repair the outlet before I can use the outlet again. i will return it
