Tried everything. It's the only thing that helps clarify my white solution. I've invested $$, heart and soul into the beautiful master bedroom and bathroom annex in my home. I ordered a beautiful faux Carrara porcelain and insisted on white grout because I was a cleanliness freak and knew I could keep white grout white. Having never owned a tile in my life, I had no idea that "effort" meant nothing to keep grout white. After a year, despite my best efforts, my mortar looked terrible. I've tried everything. Nothing worked. As long as it's expensive! Just two years ago and I need to do it again and I need 4 1/2 bottles to do my whole bathroom! Expensive! But it works. Now I'm going to investigate what I can do to coat my tiles and grout to hopefully get the cleanliness I'm getting from this cleaner. It really kills my hands after 4 1/2 bottles, squeezing and squatting over tiles and hours of use. I wear goggles and gloves, I have to wear a mask but I don't. I leave the material in solution for 6-24 hours depending on my schedule and sometimes do half a bath one day and half the next day and go through multiple locations. I make sure the grout is 1000000% dry so my bathroom becomes unusable 2 days before and 3-5 days during application. Luckily we have two bathrooms. I will never use white grout again. :(
