I've read the reviews and know some have complained that it doesn't hold a charge but fingers crossed mine does hold a charge. I charged exactly as instructed (5 hours) before use. I was so excited when I had to use it and saw that it sucked great. I have 2 large golden retrievers. It worked great! Until I got to the second pillow and it died. I thought it might need an overnight charge once. The next morning I tried again and again it died after the first pillow (less than 1 minute). After I posted this review, the company contacted me and offered a replacement. The new one that arrived worked fantastic and is still working!
