Review on Vintage Lift Arm Tobacco Pipe Lighter with Tamper & Pick - Elegant Chrome Design by Sarah Foreman

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great lighter, good quality. A cheaper "Corona Old Boy " style lighter

I've always wanted a Corona Old Boy lighter, but since I'm unemployed it's counterintuitive to spend over $100 on a lighter right now . This is a similar lighter for a fraction of the cost. I've bought quite a few lighters and many of them stop working within a week, so I decided to wait a month before posting this review. Since I've had the lighter I've used it fairly extensively every day and haven't encountered any major problems, although one day I decided to take it outside and found it very difficult to light even with the slightest breeze. This is a small complaint considering it wasn't designed to be windproof. Another very minor issue was when I dropped it. . . When I picked it up off the floor I noticed it rattled, but that's easily fixed by tightening the screw on the bottom. I also wrapped paper around the inner plastic that contains the fuel to fill the gap between it and the outer metal case to keep it from moving and give it a more solid feel. These very minor issues aside, I would highly recommend this lighter and it should last a long time with proper maintenance.
