I really like the style of this lighter but I had great doubts that they could make a quality retro style lighter at such a reasonable price. All my fears dissipated when I opened the box. Received today and very pleased so far. I turned the throttle setting to low and checked. I had to turn two full turns for the flame to appear, I did this half a turn at a time. Didn't find the adjustment very accurate as a quarter turn was the difference between a good flame and too much gas, which (thankfully) didn't work. ignite. But now that I know, I can deal with it. The first four or five tries, although the lighter worked on the first hit, the flame was too yellow and sooty, there was a
