I received the lighter in a brown Revain box. with an ordinary black box (open) and a nylon bag (?) in a nice fabric bag, no instructions. I tried a manipulation/pick tool and found that I had to gently pull the tool until it stopped, then rotate it 90 degrees and it would come out smoothly; turn over to store. I'll take good care of this lighter as it costs hundreds of dollars and while I see no reason why it won't last as long, time will tell.
