Review on Premergency by Ryan Hampton

The ability to see exactly what is happening in my county at any given moment has been invaluable! I was able to easily access all information regarding incidents that were currently occurring within our jurisdiction. It also allowed me to quickly create incident reports which would then get sent out via email so we could keep track of everything going on throughout the day. There wasn't much I disliked about this program but it did not provide notifications until after they occurred. If there's ever something urgent that needs immediate attention please let us know immediately because chances are someone else may need help sooner than later. We had previously used MapInfo Pro 9 for emergency management purposes however due to its age it became buggy very often causing problems during emergencies such as power blackouts etc. With preemergency we've seen nothing but improvement since switching over from MIP9. Being able to monitor multiple departments/incidents simultaneously has helped tremendously keeping everyone informed without having to send numerous emails.
