Review on 🔧 Proform 66784 Valve Spring Compressor: Efficient Tool for Engine Valve Maintenance by Edwin Kreps

This is a great tool for valve springs. It would have been ideal if it had a knurled guide pin, quick release pin and variable angle suspension forks (it didn't sit flat on the brackets on my BBC). It saved my ass from the cam change I did on the car. Unfortunately it didn't work on a valve on the back of the engine due to firewall interference. I bought a flat compressor just for this item. Otherwise it runs fast and does its job better than the screw compressors I've used in the past. If you make a lot of valve springs, you'll need these (and other types) in your tool kit. I'll give 5 stars once the three points above are resolved.
