A wonderful product, it's nice to use.

The machine pleasantly surprised me with its relatively quiet operation - I expected it to be louder. The size is optimal. Very glad I didn't buy a big ESAM series machine.
The machine is equipped with a water softening filter, which, in theory, should be changed (and bought) regularly. But it is not necessary to install it, by default the machine is configured to work without it (and the instructions say how to set it up). I personally did not even unpack this filter. Because I definitely don’t want to look for it regularly in stores. I use bottled water, it has low hardness.

Pros

Quiet, optimal size, modern appearance, clear, convenient operation, easy maintenance. Automatic preparation of cappuccino. The water tank is pulled out not upwards, but towards itself, which is convenient in the kitchen, where something hangs over the coffee machine. Possibility to measure and adjust the hardness of the water so that the machine does not require decalcification too often.
