not in a single piece on moldings and decorations

The tape was not a single piece but was attached in a roll with a small piece of tape of the same color. I needed a 2.5 foot piece intact and sewed it to the garment only to find that the last 8 inches wasn't an intact piece of tape but a piece of tape holding it together. My play ruined.
