They worked well. I had a little problem rotating the shock to fit the shim frame. The plastic on top connecting it to the washer broke on one, but I think it was a faulty part of the washer and not the shock. However, I simply removed the lid from the old one and replaced it with the one that broke. They were very interchangeable and really kept my washing machine from rocking overall. The exchange was easy.
