Good product. I just got an extra $100 from American Express to upgrade to this terminal, even though I bought it in the summer of 2014. My employees have not complained about the ease of use. The only thing that worries me so far is the allocated space for the role. made of thermal paper. I bought a box of 85ft rolls (on the advice of a converting dealer from a YouTube video. Shame on me) only to find that the terminal could only take 50ft rolls. I actually made a lot of effort to look at the specs and see what reel capacity would work, but the manufacturer never shared that information.
