I already had a full face mask but wanted to try this one. I've dived underwater a few times and this did a great job of protecting it from the water. I suppose if you could hold your breath long enough it would be a nice feature: you could pinch your nose to plug your ears if you dive deep enough. You can breathe in and out through your nose, but I liked mouth breathing and inhalation better. through my nose I think it would have helped prevent fogging, but I didn't have any breathing problems anyway. Other nozzles were included. It folds up easily and, unlike full-face masks, takes up little space. Comes with a bag to carry everything. Great snorkel mask for the price!
