We only used the camera yesterday and it's a huge improvement over the cheap black and white camera Winnebago installed at the factory - we can actually see the back of our car! The transmitting antenna is hidden behind the headliner next to the camera and transmits the signal perfectly to the monitor on the dashboard - without hiccups or hiccups. (This is a 24ft RV.) The transmitter/camera requires power so I removed it from the old system on this camera and tethered the new camera to the old one so the angle of view is the same and the pair is still set can be used with the retaining screws old fist. So far so good, but we work full time so we'll see what happens over time.
