I'm 1.62 m 75-75 kg and the plus size fits and makes me slimmer. In XL it would be a little looser and more comfortable. The material is very soft and does not rub anywhere. Honestly on my bum for my comfort level but I'm more modest. It was for a bachelor party. I will say I gave it 4 stars because after a day on the lake it started to curl up a bit and the bib folded inside the suit.
