Review on SWITCHDOCTOR Window Master Switch for 2002-2009 Dodge Ram(2 Door): Power Up Your Window Controls by Jacob Seymour

It fit very well and was easy to install. I find that it has a backlight to see the buttons. However, the problem was not resolved. The passenger switch has never worked since purchase. I thought the new driver switch would make the button on the other side work, but it didn't. It behaves like it's child proof and I see it was an option in 03 but mine wasn't built with a child proof switch. I previously purchased and replaced the passenger side power window switch. I took apart the door panel and looked at the wiring and didn't find any obvious problems.
