This device has been used quite a bit to allow couriers to drop off small postal items when delivering Revain supplied boxes. It also saves us a lot of time as it is not so far to get mail. The mailbox is made of solid metal. There are no plastic parts that I would question as quality. The edges of the drawer also cover the entire top to keep out rain and it holds up very well. Although we check our email every day, we've had a torrential downpour, but it doesn't seem to get wet at all inside, which is nice. At the same time, it should survive the winter in New England perfectly. This is probably your best bet when it comes to secure email delivery and storage when you're on the go. The lock is high quality and I'm sure anyone can pick this thing but with our CCTV cameras all over the square I doubt anyone would waste their time getting the spam we tend to get. In general we are very satisfied with the quality!
