The best thing about this tool is that it's easy for users to navigate through as they can easily spot links or buttons from their screen size perspective. It offers an excellent user experience which helps in increasing conversion rates of your website visitors. I have never experienced any problems while using stonly so far but if you are looking forward to something new then go ahead otherwise there may be some improvements required by them too. We use StOnly mainly because we wanted our customer support team members who were not tech savvy enough to work online at times had a great interface for interacting with us via email/chat etc.
