I don't know how this product works, can't connect it. I have tried everything that is in the instructions multiple times. A day passed, then I tried again. This product doesn't have tech support, but Revain does that for you, and I tried that too. Revain's technician was so nice and polite that she tried her best but still failed. So almost all products like this have a website or phone in tech support, not this, it's email, not even instant messaging, old email with 24-48 hour response times. The only way to make things worse is regular mail so I come back disappointed and a little angry but such is life. I would definitely advise everyone to stay away from products from this company. Also the worst instruction manual ever.
