Happy kids! suitable for vase filler
Very happy with my purchase! It is best to put it in a large container and let it steep for 48 hours. I checked everyday and had to add more water after 24 hours. Yes there were a few that didn't grow or only grew to a certain point but overall most of the water balloons did what they were supposed to and for the amount I got for the price I paid I was very happy with my purchase. will buy again
