I like that you can add multiple numbers to block at one time, which is helpful if your number gets blocked for an extended period of time (which happens quite often). The blocking process takes longer than it should be sometimes. It also doesn't always work when people call my cell phone from their landline phones or other devices. Sometimes they will still get through even though there's a record in our system saying we've been called by them before. This product makes life easier because instead of having to go back into every single account each day/week etc., just set up once then forget about it!
