Review on Super Comfort Horse Fly Mask in Piano Black by Harrison Howard by Tina Zeiher

Excellent quality, suitable for pest control

I have used different brands of elastic fly masks and I really like this brand. It's cheap and fits well. One of the biggest problems with elastic fly masks are the eye holes. MANY masks are sold with a mesh that is placed too close to the horse's eyes, causing irritation or even injury. These masks have darts in the mesh around the eye holes to keep the mesh out of the eyes and enough material to keep the mesh out of the eyes. Personally, I like to turn the masks inside out so the seams of the mask don't touch the horse. I bought a horse size for my 16hh QH and it fits great. My mask also arrived in very nice packaging which was nice. I just want to say also for those who are not that familiar with elastic masks: holes are likely to appear. Horses love sticking their snouts in things, and after a while they'll probably poke a few holes in their masks. It's nothing important. The trade-off to achieving a lightweight, breathable, snug-fitting mask without compromising vision is that the materials are obviously not as strong as a traditional three-layer mask. Are there holes in the net? Take some super glue, apply it to the cut edges and let it dry between the wax paper. Holes in the lycra? Sew or glue with superglue. never mind
