Great jacket, works with down jackets and parkas
I'm 4'2" and have short arms as expected, I have to roll my sleeves up but it fits great anywhere. Go up a size because it's light, not very chunky, but it's narrow. I originally bought a large but it was tight so traded it in for an XL so I have the option of removing the hood.
