Um, not sure! Doesn't shrink as hoped

Looks a little tight on the inside but has some swelling on the outside. Seeds fall through the cracks, most of them at least, but only for a while. Finally, while I'm cleaning the cage, I have to drop and sweep/vacuum all the seeds on the floor. Basically, they never end up on the bottom of the cage. I was hoping the net would keep the seeds in the cage. I've had good nets in the past so it's a work in progress but this was for a smaller cage. So I couldn't find the same for these much larger cells.
