Received it today, was easy to fit on the truck. My pickup is a long platform model. I plan for this to be temporary housing until I can build a proper storage building this summer. Not a very heavy material but should be good enough for sun protection. There are inscriptions on the front and back of the cover. There are a couple of plastic grommets in the middle to hold the sides of the lid together when needed. I believe he had a very weak rope for this purpose. In strong winds I used real rope. Doing this so I can tuck the cover under the front and back, hopefully this will make it a bit more windproof. Just take a look. I wouldn't expect this lid to be a long term outdoor storage solution, it seems too light. I hope this lasts all summer and can still be used for interior coverage. Update: The case didn't last in the summer, too much sun and wind in my opinion. As soon as he started tearing, he went down the slope from there. It really did its job for most of the summer and for the price I'm not complaining. I think I'll buy another one now that I have storage space to park a truck. The cover is designed to reduce dust accumulation on the truck.
